The Paramount on Lake Eola is a high density, mixed-use development located on the urban park of Lake Eola. The project serves as a cornerstone from the transition from the core of the downtown district to the historic Thornton Park single family neighborhood. The project contributes a regionally-influenced, art deco-inspired architecture as well as a complementary hardscape and landscape designed to enhance resident and community experience, as well as to promote neighborhood connectivity.
