The project is an urban infill multifamily development within the eclectic downtown of St. Petersburg, Florida. The project goal included creating a unique and unexpected amenity of a second floor courtyard garden filled with art, water elements, detailed hardscape, and tropical plantings. The design effort resulted in a space that provides a variety of environments and experiences for the residents where “art within the garden” is the central theme.
