Brytan is a 150 acre mixed-use TND development that incorporates residential neighborhoods, parklands and open space, and a commercial and retail town center in a lively, unified and unique community. This is a LEED ND pilot project which includes residential and office units located above retail and single family homes. Large yards have been replaced with parks, plazas, green spaces and smaller, more intimate courtyards. The end result is a community, incorporating 700 residential units and 300,000 square feet of office and commercial among open green spaces, nature trails and gardens. Brytan brings the latest in sustainable design with its LEED Silver certified homes. Brytan's open spaces and streetscapes, designed by Dix.Lathrop, utilize a Florida friendly palette. Water conserving drainage basins integrate native vegetation to aid in filtering run-off.
