Hilton Grand Vacation Club is a popular time share resort directly across from Sea World in Orlando, Florida. Originally constructed in 1994, the resort's amenities and entrances are in need of a fresh new look. This will help keep the resort competitive with other resorts in the area that have already begun to make these important improvements. The client has asked us to propose improvements for the main entrance, the main pool area, the parish pool area and two individual building courtyards. The proposed improvements include:
Main Entrance: New pots, fountain and landscape.
Main Pool Area: Sound stage area, interactive water feature, human-scale chess board, pool deck, planter pots, pool furniture, landscape.
Parish Pool Area: New Arbor, pool deck, planter pots and landscape.
Residential Buildings: New landscape.
