Marriott Cypress Harbor & Marriott Grande Vista

Marriott Cypress Harbor and Marriott Grande Vista are Time-Share Resorts located in the Sea World destination area of Orlando, Florida. Our work at these resorts began after the hurricanes of 2004. Much of the landscape at each of the resorts was demolished as a result of those hurricanes. Dix.Lathrop redesigned the landscapes in the field using hand-drawn sketches to expedite the restoration process. Since that time, we have also renovated the hardscape and landscape at several pool areas and added amenities such as interactive water features, mini-golf courses, and multi-grill areas.
