Color Studies

Dix.Lathrop provides exterior color study services for a wide range of projects including master planned developments, design guidelines for public and private communities, mixed use, retail, commercial, and residential applications. We feel a well implemented color palette provides strength to the vision and contributes to the sense of place of the project. Our designers work closely with developers, architects, marketing firms, and planners to develop a pallet that best represents the project’s character. Often our color inspiration comes from the surrounding natural environment, historic character, or vernacular qualities of the site; all of which contributes to the success of the pallet.
