Dix.Lathrop is proud to announce our newest office studio addition. We have incorporated many Green design principles into the restoration of our 1920's Bungalow. This 1925 Craftsman Bungalow was restored per National Historic District Guidelines. The Bungalow is a commercial pilot project for St. John's Florida Water Star Program. The landscape and interior were designed to meet Water Star requirements with the exterior incorporating a Florida friendly, drought tolerant landscape and a low volume irrigation system.
